Katrina is a professional belly dancer with a unique philosophy, movement is not just art. it is the foundation of wellbeing. Her journey into dance is built upon a lifetime of teachning, training and performing in a range of physical disciplines such as gymnastics and competitive swimming to dance styles such as Bollywood, Kathak, and street dance. She is also experienced in the worlds of yoga, netball, body combat, and cheerleading, giving Katrina a profound understanding of how the body moves in different contexts.
Katrina is more than just a performer, she is a dedicated educator and health professional. As a Personal Trainer, Swimming Coach, Spinning Instructor, and Lecturer in Higher Education within the Public Health domain, Katrina combines scientific knowledge with artistic expression. Her core passion lies in the intersection of belly dance and health education. She is driven by a singular mission: to use her experience to empower women to get into fitness and sports, helping them find confidence, strength, and joy through movement.
